In August 2012, David and Diane led a team to the Casa Shalom Orphanage in San Lucas Sacatepéquez, Guatemala. The team conducted a Vacation Bible School program for the children where twelve children responded to the invitation for salvation.  They also worked on brick laying and painting projects at the compound.
